North Falmouth Elementary School Garden A Success

Congratulations to Mr. Irving and all those who worked on the North Falmouth Elementary school Garden! See a recent Cape Cod times article below!

The North Falmouth Garden Committee would like to thank the following groups and individuals for their time, use of equipment and/or donations as we finish Phase 1, The Construction, of the NF Garden Project. We have completed the construction of most of the raised beds and the Butterfly Gardens. Phase 2, The Planting, was in the spring. Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade  all  planned and planted their gardens this past spring. With direction from Kitty Hendricks from the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe, the 3rd grade planted the first sister, corn, in their Three Sisters Garden on May 15th to coincide with the new moon.
