PTO Outfits Classrooms with Flexible Seating

Have you heard of flexible-seating for classrooms?

A recent student poll in Mrs. Giardi’s 2nd grade class on “What type of seat helps you LEARN best?”. Your donations make a difference! 

Some of NFE classrooms have been outfitted with this new “student-centered” seating style thanks to funding from Cape Cod 5, support of the PTO, and even DIY designs from teachers (like Mrs. Giardi’s Disney inspired cushion top crates). Students love their access to seating choices like wobbly stools, wobble cushions, and balance balls. Teachers love the increased focus and engagement of students in the classroom.
